Dr Sam Horowitz is the senior partner of Foot & Ankle Surgical Group. He started the practice in 1976 and was the first resident in foot surgery in the state of Florida. Dr Horowitz is a Board Certified Foot & Ankle surgeon certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a licensed board certified Pedorthic, a specialist in shoe construction, modification design and fit. Being certified in both surgical correction of foot/ankle deformities and as well as shoe modification and construction, Dr Horowitz is in a unique position to alleviate your foot problems.
