Workers Compensation
Our mission, restore function, relieve pain, return to work, is the primary goal of any physician providing care for injured workers.
Our simple three step program accomplishes these goals in a clear concise format.
When function is lost through structural damage, torn tendons and ligaments, broken bones, we often start with surgery to begin the process of restoring function. Casting and later bracing maintains the correction we have attained. Finally rehabilitation through patient education and physical therapy to restore motion and relieve pain clears the path to return to full work capacity with no limitations.
The use of supportive shoe gear and functional foot/ankle orthosis maintains correction and prevents recurring injury.
As a Board-Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon
(certified by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons) and as well a
Board-Certified State Licensed Pedorthic

Dr Horowitz is in a unique position to fix injuries sustained on the job and prevent repeated injury with the appropriate use of braces, shoes and foot and ankle orthosis.
Dr Gellers' participation as a board-certified physician in quality assurance and utilization review keeps us on our toes to provide ongoing quality assessment and improvement.
